​Dealer Rules
* We may set rules for the safe, economical, orderly, and proper organization of our dealers room and artist alley. The convention alone gets to determine the rules, and you must abide by all rules we set.

* Exhibitors not bring items into the dealers room that would be illegal to sell, including, but not limited to bootleg DVDs, and unlicensed replicas or products. Artist artwork must have significant originality to meet copyright laws, which prohibits things such as but not limited to eyeballing and/or tracing.

* Any vendor selling adult material must ensure that this material is not visible to minors at any time during the convention.
* Weapons can not be sold to minors at our event, and many weapons may not be allowed by the convention venue.

* Vendors may not sell any goods or products that are not allowed by Las Vegas Gambling Commissions' rules.

* No THC or CBD products without prior permission from the venue

* No food or beverage may be sold

* We reserve the right to change, amend, modify, or clarify our dealer room rules at any time, and you agree to abide by the rules we set.

* No loud music at your booth that can be heard outside of your booth without clear advance permission.

* Dealers must be able to provide tax compliance proof upon request at any time.

* Dealers may not rent, sell, transfer, or sublet space to anyone else without our explicit permission.

* The convention will not be responsible for losses due to theft, damage, fire, or other causes. Exhibitors must have enough staff to watch their own space during the exhibitor hours.

* Each purchase comes with free event admission for the vendor's staff (limited to 4 people for 10x10 and 10x20 and limited to 6 people for larger booths)

* Vendors may be required to provide proof of insurance and name COSPLAY EXPO LLC as additional insured

* No refunds are possible after 60 days before the convention (no refunds after October 8th, 2023)
