Children under 10 get in free with the paid admission of a parent or guardian. There is a limit of 2 children per adult. Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Early bird tickets include admission for all three convention days. These passes can be picked up on any day of the convention.

Single day passes are valid starting at midnight that morning, and are valid until 11:59pm that evening.

Purchasing admission does not give anyone the right to violate the rules of the convention. As we emphasize the safety and security of our event, we reserve the right to eject anyone from the event without refund if they are breaking our rules.

Cameras and photographers are welcome at our event, but using our event to sell paid photography services is not allowed unless you have purchased a vendor or artist table. You must request permission before taking a photo of individuals. Group cosplay shots are allowed, and participating in a group photoshoot means giving permission to be photographed.

All attendees give the event permission to use photographs of them at the event for the purposes of promoting the event in the future.

By attending or visiting the event you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cosplay Expo LLC, its officers, staff, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and others for any and all loss or damages incurred by your attendance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items, props, costumes, etc.

We reserve the right to establish additional rules and requirements at our discretion if we think these rules and requirements will improve the safety, security, or general operation of the event.
